Loan is essential and need for today's situation. Today many Banks provides various loan facilities to the customers. But their aim is only to earn the profit.

This loan scheme is to add small funds flow to the member in case of any emergency or un-planned calamilities. if member needs urgent financial help, he can apply for Emergency Loan of Rs.20,000/-.

Minimum share contribution of Rs.1000/- will deduct from members monthly salary up to Rs.50,000/-. After the deduction will continue as Members Cummulative Deposit A/c.

Once the monthly salary deduction apart from his loan deduction accumulated to Rs. 50,000/- He will be issued a Share Certificate. Member will now be entitled for the dividend issued by society only if he is a share holder of the society.

After completion of Rs.50,000/- in the Share Capital, deduction of subscription will be continue in Members Cummulative Deposit Fund A/c. Managing Committee decides the interest rate on Members Cummulative Deposit Fund as per the financial states. This year 10.5% interest declared & the same is credited to the members Bank A/c.

A fixed deposit (FD) is a provided by society to its members & nominal members with a higher rate of interest than a regular savings account, until the given maturity date.

Socity issue a separate receipt for every FD because each deposit is treated as a distinct contract. This receipt is known as the Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), that has to be surrendered to the bank at the time of renewal or encashment. Every FD has some locking period.
